L'Almanach du marin
Those keen enough on French cruising to learn the language will find that the 'L'Almanach du marin' complements their British almanac with such additional info as tidal coefficients and aerial photos of harbours. As well as the Atlantic and Channel coasts of France it covers the south coasts of England and Ireland, and the north coast of Spain.
Verdict: A more detailed Almanac for the channel - but it is in French.
