Windrush Headband
Its a familiar scenario: the winds roaring in your ears as the bowmans mouthed instructions turn first to gesticulations and finally to veiled threats, whisked away by the gale.
The Windrush headband claims to reduce wind noise by 75% without muffling your hearing, and was developed for cyclists to ensure that they could hear approaching cars. It might make you look like an oversized fly, but we tried it on our cross-Channel trip and can vouch for its effectiveness. It turned everything eerily quiet with crews voices crystal clear and it kept my ears warm, too.
