Verdict: The All-Over Cleaner foamed up nicely and dealt with the usual black streaks well but struggled with some of the more mature sea gull droppings. The hull cleaner also did a good job on waterline stains, if you leave it long enough, but its not as fast-acting as the more aggressive acid cleaners.
