IPC Media Limited Copyshop Refund Policy
IPC Media Ltd is not obliged to offer refunds for the sale of publications but it will replace a Copyshop report if it is reported as damaged in transit within seven days of receipt or lost after 28 days after the time of receipt of order. It will also offer a full refund in the event that the source magazine is unavailable for a period of longer than 28 days after the time of receipt of order.

Your Order
Your order will be acknowledged via email within 24 hours. After completing your transaction online you will be given a unique reference number. You can quote this reference number in any correspondence with us before you receive your acknowledgement.

The product
Photocopied reports are despatched second class within 7 days of receipt of order unless the magazine concerned is not available, in which case the refund policy applies (see above). PDFs are available for download as soon as payment has been processed.

Fulfilment
Photocopied reports are despatched within 28 days of receipt of order unless the magazine concerned is not available, in which case the refund policy applies (see above). PDFs are available for download as soon as payment has been processed.

Foreign currency policy
Prices are displayed on our order site in UK sterling (GBP). If ordering from overseas (non-UK) addresses the amount charged to your Credit / Debit card will be according to the exchange rates in force with our secure transaction partner WorldPay.
